We started with laneway houses in Toronto in the summer of 2018. In 2022, the new rules came in for garden suites. Now, with over 1,500 projects planned, under construction, or completed (see the map HERE), there are hundreds if not thousands of options, and dozens of dedicated companies more than capable of bringing your project to a very successful conclusion.
