Project in Toronto’s east end looks for approval of 4-plex plus garden suite

Via Toronto’s open data portal, we have collected the plans for this proposal:  a brand new 4-plex main building, with a garden suite in the rear yard.

In February, 2023, it’ll face a hearing on several requested minor variances.
