As provided by Geoffrey Singer, compiled from the OpenData portal at the City of Toronto, we have the latest laneway house building permits numbers:
368 ACTIVE permits – this means any laneway house project that has submitted an application at the City. Construction may or may not be underway.
78 CLOSED permits – these are projects that are complete, normally occupied, and have passed final building inspections.
61 CANCELLED permits – cancelled for one reason another, including unable to qualify.
