We went for a little walk today to check in on two laneway house projects we’ve been watching.
The first is near Ossington Station.
This project is seeing the laneway house build concurrently with the large house build out in front.
They have matching exterior finishes.
The second is tucked away in a very private laneway between Bathurst and Palmerston just north of Bloor.
Total width of this build is under 4m (under 13 feet).
