It’s a little park with a single tiny access lane off Kingston Road, just north of Dundas East.
And it just might be the perfect place for a whole set of small laneway houses facing the park.
About 40 houses back onto the public laneway (and the park), and almost every one is qualified to have a laneway house – of various sizes – built in their back yard.
On Sunday, September 27th, 2020 (COVID-19 regulations permitting), we’ll have an informal meeting right in the parkette with the residents.
Street address on Kingston Road, Dixon Avenue, Brookmount Road and Columbine Avenue that likely qualify for laneway houses are listed below. Owners of all those properties – or any neighbourhood residents – are welcome to attend our informal meeting.
